I am a Partner at Sonntag & Partner, with offices in Augsburg and Munich, advising both national and international clients on a wide range of tax matters, with a particular focus on complex investment and financing structures. I began my career in at Haarmann Hemmelrath in Munich, and in 2004 I joined Ernst & Young, where I specialized in the tax structuring of real estate investments and was promoted to Partner in 2008. I later served as Partner at GRAF KANITZ, SCHÜPPEN & PARTNER in Munich before joining Sonntag & Partner in 2013. My areas of expertise include real estate investments, M&A transactions, and optimizing existing investment structures. I have a particular focus on real estate transfer tax, an area of growing complexity. In addition, I have extensive experience in tax litigation, successfully representing clients in a variety of tax-related legal matters.
