Context: As a member of the Data team responsible for implementing the “Customer” domain within the group’s Data Governance program, I gather requirements from key business applications (Salesforce, SAP, Logistic TMS…) for their deployment across various data-related platforms: Master Data Management (MDM - Semarchy), Data Catalog, and Data Platform.My responsibilities include acting as a Product Owner, defining and prioritizing features, establishing the product roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of data management solutions that align with stakeholder expectations.Finally, I support the shift towards a data-driven culture by training and assisting business teams in adopting new tools and processes. I emphasize the importance of data quality, source harmonization, and integration to enable efficient management and analysis that will meet future decision science and data science needs.Achievements- Analysis and translation of business requirements into user stories to enhance the development backlog for MDM and Data platforms- Analysis, definition, and implementation of the enterprise commercial hierarchy and associated data parenting to ensure a consistent and actionable structure- Review and optimization of data “Match & Merge” rules for multi-platform data harmonization- Cross-functional coordination of IT, Data, and business teams- Organization and monitoring of the program’s various phases: design, development, UAT, go-live & support
