ABOUT THOMAS RYAN
In my current role, I deliver transformational projects for a large Commercial and Finance function within a FTSE 100 company. I take great pride in ensuring that users and customers remain the focus of any project while still delivering to the business needs, regardless of whether the project is to protect revenue and reputation or generate financial benefit. I also have the ability to adapt when required. I have undertaken the role of Business Analyst, Test Lead and Communications Lead on various projects I have managed due to resource difficulties, and feel this is one of my greatest strengths. Being able to quickly adapt to ensure a positive outcome has helped me develop a brand where colleagues trust me to consistently deliver projects that have a high level of exposure. I consistently emphasise the need to value each other and drive a positive outlook, while delivering to hard deadlines.In my social time, I play rugby for Paviors Rugby Club at Level 6 of the English Rugby and regularly train with the team and in the gym to ensure I can perform to the best of my ability.
