Seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in financial services with a very broad experience across structured finance, corporate finance, and capital markets.I am the regional head of Securitization in the Americas for ING, which encompasses collateralized financing, warehouse lending, and ABS across a broad range of sectors. I joined ING in Dublin in 1995 in the transportation finance group, focusing on structured finance and leveraged leasing in several asset sectors including: containers, rail, aviation and shipping. In 1998 I transferred to ING in Amsterdam to join the structured capital markets and corporate finance team where I focused on structured debt, equity, and hybrid securities transactions for multi-national corporate and financial institution clients of ING. From 2001 I developed and ran this business for ING in New York as regional head of the Structured Solutions Group. Most recently, since 2016, I have taken responsibility for growing and developing ING\'s securitization business in the Americas. This involves expanding ING\'s capabilities in originating, financing, structuring, and distributing securitization deals in close co-operation with the newly expanded ING Debt Capital Markets platform in the region. ING has a long history as a sector lending institution and has demonstrated its commitment to providing financing to its sector clients through the credit cycle. I am very excited to have the opportunity to expand our product offering so that ING can support and empower its clients with a full range of financing options in the region.
