About Thomas Ruth

I am currently a fourth year student at Indiana University involved in the Kelley School of Business, majoring in accounting. I have taken varies accounting courses as well as applied and accepted into the Tax Advisory Services Workshop through Kelley. I am also currently involved in the fraternity Beta Theta Pi, where I have just concluded my year long leadership role as the Academic chair. I provided assistance to others on various school related activities such as emails, homework, and essays. I have been in leadership roles in the past on my baseball team which has allowed me to be able to work well with others. I was also a part of the ambassadors club at my high school which gave me the opportunity to branch out and help the community around me. Another important activity I was involved in was the Indiana University Dance Marathon where I raised money for Riley Children\'s Hospital and danced for 8 hours to support the event. With joining the Masters program at IU next year, I will be able to achieve a professional life in which will allow me join a firm and allow my abilities to shine through. With my past leadership roles and experiences working with people, it will allow me to work well with all types of colleagues and create a well fit working environment.
