Plan, develop, coordinate and implement year-round programs and coordinate intergenerational programs and activities; identify and implement youth volunteer opportunities with the Community Center staff• Maintain and manage financial records of programs• Maintain program data and compiles quarterly reports.• In collaboration with the Director of Recreation and Community Programs, I develop and implement marketing strategies for the youth and family programs which includes promotional events, marketing tools, advertisement of the programs, public and media relations, and social media.• I assist with the supervision of programs and classes, including set up and registration.• Assist with the supervision of the building while on duty. Help manage and direct the daily operations of the Community Center.• I serve as liaison to various youth and family related community groups, as assigned.• I serve as a member of various employee committees, as assigned.
