I am a servant leader, father, and dedicated law enforcement professional with over eight years of experience as a Patrol Sergeant at the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office. My career reflects a commitment to community safety, officer development, and professional excellence.In my role as Patrol Sergeant, I lead with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and service to both my peers and the community. I believe that effective leadership means guiding others with integrity, empowering officers to succeed, and creating an environment where growth is encouraged. My work as an instructor for the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, combined with certifications as an ICAT Instructor, Less Lethal ICP Instructor, and S.T.O.P.S.
