With a global presence through 20 subsidiaries, the company generates €800 million in revenue and employs over people.Within the Finance Department of Sabena technics Helicopters, I contributed to various financial control assignments in an international environment:Financial Control- Participated in the preparation of the 3-year business plan, the annual budget, and quarterly forecasts, covering a scope of €200 million in annual revenue- Prepared, produced, and analyzed monthly financial reports (cash flow, CAPEX, P&L, cost centers, top overdue clients) presented to the CFO, CEO, and shareholders, strengthening the group’s financial visibility- Produced key financial documents (tracking of accrued expenses, disputes monitoring, aged balance, inventory reporting) shared with operational teams and management for performance and operational follow-up- Consolidated weekly cash flow data from two foreign subsidiaries to ensure accurate liquidity monitoring and optimize group cash management.Client Relations and Internal Coordination- Monitored and followed up on payments from a portfolio of over 120 clients in France and abroad, including several strategic government entities, achieving a 15% reduction in overdue receivables within one month- Coordinated operational and financial teams to streamline information flow and reduce processing delays.Confidential Data Management and Compliance- Handled classified governmental data (military and state contracts) in strict compliance with security and confidentiality regulations- Contributed to the formalization of internal procedures and operating methods aligned with group standards and compliance requirements.
