ABOUT THOMAS RICHARD
My journey in the Learning & Development field began more than five years ago when I was hired as a Learning Officer in the Learning team at Arendt & Medernach, a leading law firm in Luxembourg. As I started developing eLearning solutions, I got more curious about the field, and I became increasingly skilled and passionate about learning design and eLearning. This motivated me to deepen my knowledge by pursuing a Master\'s degree in learning design while continuing to gain experience in my role. My dedication paid off when I was promoted to Learning Designer, and I proudly graduated with my degree in June 2024. I am thrilled to contribute to my organisation\'s success by addressing employees’ skill gaps and enhancing performance through tailored training solutions. By applying learning design theory, I am committed to delivering tailored and impactful learning experiences.
