During my internship at PKF Malta, I hope to gain hands-on experience in applied economic research and data analysis within a professional services environment. I will be responsible for researching and analysing current economic trends, both locally and globally, with a focus on producing insights that inform decision-making.My work will involve collecting, cleaning, and interpreting economic data using statistical and mathematical models, including forecasting. I will translate complex findings into accessible reports and presentations for internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity and actionable value.I will also write articles for publication on economic topics, helping to strengthen PKF Malta’s leadership in the industry. This experience will aim to improve my ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences and deepened my understanding of real-world economic applications.Through this role, I hope to develop my strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in research tools and data analysis methods—skills I’m eager to bring into future roles in economics, investment banking, consulting, or data-driven policy work.
