I am currently working on scale-up manufacturing of hydrogen silsesquioxane and silicon quantum dots.\\\\n\\\\n· Designing a 100L batch process for synthesis and purification of an electronics-grade chemical, including process flow diagram and model development, as well as sourcing of equipment, piping, and instrumentation\\\\n· Designing a 10L batch process for etching of quantum dots using hydrofluoric acid, including working with vendors to design and fabricate a custom-made mixing vessel
