As an accomplished trial attorney, Tom knows the importance of sound legal and business advice on the front end of transactions – and the cost of not getting it right. For much of his career, Tom has been extremely active in the area of high-growth entrepreneurship and economic development. He founded and led Northern Kentucky’s original Innovation Network Office, and he chaired the board at UpTech, Greater Cincinnati’s business accelerator for data-driven tech startups.As the long time Managing Partner at Graydon and now the Administrative Partner at Bricker Graydon, Tom is an avid consumer of information about the practice of law in the future and routinely consults with his peer leaders at other law firms in the region and around the country.
