About Thomas Pino
My various careers have shaped me into a diverse and unique person. After graduating from college, I embarked upon a career in aviation, first as a commercial pilot, then as a Federal Aviation Administration Certified Flight Instructor. I continued my flight instruction duties along with teaching science at my local high school alma mater - Bishop Verot Catholic High School. After several years of teaching, I decided to go back to school. This past August 2014, I graduated with the highest honors from Nova Southeastern University with a Masters in Medical Science. I feel it is my responsibility to provide the best possible care and service to others. During my rotations, I have encountered a variety of medical specialties. Each of these specialties has challenged and provided an opportunity to grow as a clinician and a person. Each patient that I have seen reminds me that everyone is deserving of respect and dignity during their care.
