About Thomas Peterson
I am currently the Associate Director for CBRE and lead a team of real estate professionals overseeing a large portfolio of office and industrial assets across San Diego.Prior to my current role, I joined the RedHill team as Vice President of Portfolio Operations with direct planning and oversight of the asset level business plans, transaction execution, and reporting of a 13 property multi-family real estate portfolio valued over $700M.Further, I worked at Realty Income as Director of Asset Management overseeing a portfolio of commercial office and industrial properties across the country along with managing multi-million dollar expansions and tenant improvement projects. I led a team in charge of 200+ office and industrial buildings totaling over 40 million sq. ft.As well as hands-on experience in Asset Management and a degree from the University of Arizona in Business Management, I hold designations as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM, Certified Apartment Manager through NAA, and a Certified Manager of Community Associations through CAI. Further, I have my Real Estate License in the State of California.
