Thomas is one of 600 leadership practitioners globally with a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, the scientific discipline of “What makes life and work good?”. He is an expert in measuring and teaching widely talked about skills that are not easily understood in practice (e.g, building trust quickly, real-time-resilience, shared accountability, and delivering feedback that improves performance). Leveraging a background in people analytics, he designs and delivers compelling in-person and virtual skill-based learning programs that simulate the real world and lift team performance, engagement, and retention.
