The Business Excellence Institute is a membership body dedicated to helping people, and the organizations they work for, achieve outstanding results for all their stakeholders. It promotes business excellence as a multi-disciplinary profession, excellence in management, and the use of innovative approaches to personal and organizational development. With members on 5 continents, it achieves this in a number of ways, including by supporting personal and organizational development and by having members help members.Its portfolio of member-provided services for organizations includes executive training, strategy and operational support, best practice benchmarking, business excellence implementation and excellence assessment. Services for individual members include tools and knowledge sharing, networking, training and qualifications. Individual members with the flexibility to support others can also benefit when the Institute is approached by public and private sector members looking for advisory services or support with excellence assessments.The Institute also runs the annual International Business Learning Games Competition and Conference as part of its commitment to best practice in business education and training and to encourage innovation in the field.

With over 25 years in executive leadership across IT, operations, and business transformation—spanning Germany, the US, and the UK—I’ve built a career at the intersection of business excellence and human connection.From shaping global processes at Allianz to serving as an Advisory Board Member and Fellow at The Business Excellence Institute, I’ve led multimillion-euro programmes, driven meaningful change, and championed sustainable improvement.
