Product Manager for LCG\'s Learning Management platform (eAssessorPro), supporting Business Improvement and CTO at exec level, and stakeholders throughout the business.I inherited a stalled & dysfunctional \'Agile\' delivery process, with no clear view of ROI or accountability. I worked hard within the business to get things moving again quickly, developing new product processes, and liaising closely with our external third party platform development team. I focused on building relationships with business stakeholders, defining & agreeing clear scope and feature requirements, transparency over development and timelines.Achievements- redesigned development cycle, fully adapted to LCG ways of working, driven by clear ROI- worked with external development teams to introduce new features, integrating two new SaaS products into the eAP platform- within first 6 months, delivered £30K of in-year ROI (mainly from cost & risk reductions) with ongoing £100K/yr annualised benefits- implemented three major feature overhauls, to fix longstanding (3+ years) CX and UX issues- meanwhile, cleared & progressed a 4 year cluttered backlog of small fixes to help Quality, Operations, MIS, support teams, Accessibility, CX and UX- eliminated/streamlined unnecessary/complex processes- built a clear understandable 12+ month Product Roadmap (now/then/next) with commercial value, risks, dependencies, and current sunset expectations
