Tom helps landlords and owners of commercial properties with their development, leasing and commercial litigation needs. He is active in ICSC serving on the Legal Advisory Council and the Philadelphia Marketplace Leadership. Tom and his team focus on assisting commercial owners and developers in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as across the country.
