About Thomas Obrien
I am the Director of Neighborhood Connections, a community building/organizing and small grants program. We work with residents and other community stakeholders, using Community Network Organizing as a strategy to build and bridge trusting relationships that lead to a more caring, powerful and interdependent Cleveland. I have been the Director of Neighborhood Connections since July 2007.Prior to directing Neighborhood Connections, I worked as a community organizer and with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest.
