Taking responsibility for the execution of the next step of the Belden Transformation from a highly recognized industrial product provider towards the preferred OT networking and data solution provider for the most critical industrial applications. As interoperability and ease of use is the key for solutions, we had to migrate our classical brand focused R&D organization towards a truly global operating, solution minded team. I am honored by getting the chance to execute this important initiative with more than 800 internal and external team members around the globe.
