Coordinates and oversees the routing, handling, and distribution of materials to ensure adherence to production schedules. Facilitates the timely release of materials for product launches, including Work Orders (WO) and Reservations. Executes system backflush operations for completed Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, addressing and troubleshooting system discrepancies as required. Proactively expedites critical parts to address material shortages, Non-Conformance Issues (NCi), and other related challenges. Ensures the proper routing of incoming materials to the appropriate destinations within the supply chain. Monitors and optimizes the flow of materials and components between departments to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production commitments. Conducts SAP transactions to facilitate the accurate movement of materials and inventory across relevant systems. Resolves transactional discrepancies and addresses system-related issues efficiently. Expedites urgent material requirements from the warehouse to the manufacturing floor to meet time-sensitive production needs.
