Ensure that current systems and the implementation of all work flows are being met and followed to ensure customer satisfaction. Estimate CAPEX for Enterprise and Carrier Sales opportunities. Supervise in the process of planning and calculating CAPEX estimates for sales proposals. Ensure that all estimates are the lowest cost and ensure best construction methods. Ensure that current systems and processes are being followed and the implementation of construction work flows are being met on time and recorded in Operations database. Oversee the tasks of others to ensure they do not delay delivery of service to customers. Assist in evaluation current systems and recommend changes when necessary. Mange and implement budget process and ensue that project budgets are being created accurately to the constructed routes and recorded in systems. Verify the engineered routes will meet budget forecasts. Ensure that PM\'s are are obtaining quotes for back up to purchase orders. Approve projects invoices and ensure that as builds meet the MSA requirements prior to being submitted to accounts payable. Prioritize projects, construction activities and schedules for meet Firm Order Committed dates and ensure customer expectations are being met. Assist in resolving conflicts in engineering and permitting of right a ways. Perform first level tier suport for all dark fiber and lit services outages. Plan and implement restoration efforts. Provides status updates to NOC and other Management.
