   Since joining Storage Asset Management in 2019, I’ve progressed through four dynamic roles, each expanding in responsibility, leadership, and strategic impact.I began as a Multi-Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across several locations. I focused on revenue growth, customer service, team development, and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and property owners. My success in driving rental performance and maintaining operational standards earned me a promotion to District Manager in Training in March 2022.As a DMiT, I broadened my understanding of portfolio management. I supported multiple sites and managers, implemented process improvements, and contributed to regional success through performance coaching, financial oversight, and facility audits.In January 2024, I transitioned to Virtual Operations Manager, a key leadership role where I helped redefine how remotely managed storage operates. I led a team of Virtual Store Managers, partnered with our FSRs, and optimized customer engagement strategies. I championed technology integrations, improved AR collections, launched training initiatives, and played a lead role in cross-department collaboration. I also helped shape policy and set the foundation for a more efficient, scalable VO model.In August 2025, I began my newest role as Business Development Manager. Now, I focus on expanding our third-party management portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and helping new clients transition smoothly into our SAM systems. I work closely with operations, IT, marketing, and finance to ensure each facility is set up for long-term success.Across each role, my passion for innovation, service, and people has remained constant. I’m proud to be a part of SAM’s continued growth and look forward to helping lead its future.
