Interned with Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest multi-specialty surgical practices in the U.S, supporting strategic projects across operations, supply chain, finance, and patient engagement for a network serving patients annually at 100+ locations.Drove data analysis projects to optimize supply chain, clinical workflows, and bundled payment models across Proliance’s 100+ care centers.Selected to support operations at Proliance Surgeons’ largest and busiest surgery center, working directly under the Site Director to lead data-driven process improvements and gain hands-on experience in high-volume outpatient operations and cross-functional healthcare delivery.
