Thomas is head of North American Casualty for Bowring Marsh UK & Ireland, based in the London office. In his role he leads the placement activities of the London and Dublin Casualty teams handling North America domiciled insureds. The team handles primary and excess casualty placements for a diverse range of industry sectors. Thomas has responsibility for managing the team and developing new product solutions for clients in the London and Dublin marketplace. Thomas is also global ESG leader for Bowring Marsh. He helps coordinate training and learning around ESG for Bowring Marsh colleagues with the Marsh Climate and Sustainability team. In the role he is also actively working on product innovation with Bowring Marsh colleagues to bring solutions for clients around climate and sustainability challenges and risks.
