Headed project to create ASM devices and extend disk groups on multiple Oracle RAC clusters. Primary support for an Oracle Database Appliance environment and nine Oracle RAC clusters. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and CommVault. Used SiteScope and AlarmPoint for monitoring and Remedy/ServiceNow for call-tracking and change management. Collaborated with our SAN team on PowerPath redundancy project to eliminate single points of failure. Interfaced frequently with Oracle Support.
