I\'m a mathematician, algorithm developer, optics designer, computational imaging scientist, system architect & engineer, experienced mathematics & medical statistics & optics lecturer, computational neuroscience researcher. I\'m with the R&D-department for industrial light microscopy at Carl Zeiss Microscopy GmbH in Jena. Im (co-)inventor of numerous patents and author of scientific publications in various research fields. My special fields of expertise are (see e.g. patents and publications): optical design and digital-optical systems architecture, adaptive estimation, optimization, applied bifurcation analysis, computational imaging and image processing as well as signal processing (human brain EEG & MEG, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory movements) and statistics.
