Manages enterprise level faxing solution multi-year contract for the America’s largest integrated health care system, the Veteran’s Healthcare Administration (VHA). Within this role of a publicly traded company valued at nearly $500M, superiorly coordinates the software interface of the ECFAX Program for government adoption in efforts to bring the most effective and efficient healthcare to our veteran population. Diligent in the enhancing partnerships for contracting prime and sub-prime entities responsible for a myriad of program tasks. Develops achievable goals for revenue growth and program expansion. Personally, manages the VA on-boarding and off-boarding of over 150 personnel assigned to the program. Ensures the program meets and follows the strict security guidelines as per the FedRAMP High Requirements. Devises calendars and schedule maintenance for annual program interviews such as Security Assessment Reviews (SAR), Penetration Testing, Incident and Disaster Response, and Authorization to Operate (ATOs). Consistently prepares and briefs company executives on program objectives. Provides product enhancement and software release coordination to one of the largest government’s contracting organizations, Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and to the VA Office of Information (OIT) Program Leadership. Work directly with the ECFAX Sales Professionals in efforts to contract Other Government Agencies,(OGAs) with the adoption of ECFAX solutions. Develops strategies with third-party VA initiatives and programs requiring faxing capabilities through Application Program Interfacing (API). Executes monthly invoicing and professional hours submission ensuring to organization is compensated for their services. Key Achievements- Poised the ECFAX Program to increase revenue from a $2.5M in 2024 to a projected target of $6M in 2025- Close to FedRAMP High Authorization, making ECFAX the only faxing solution to meet these enhanced security requirements.
