As part of the Resourcing team I am responsible for filling a wide range of vacancies across the department.Key priorities of my role include;• Supporting the successful implementation of business change and contributing to the future model of resourcing.• Working directly with hiring managers to build the right recruitment strategy to attract the best talent. This will includes advising on preferred assessment / selection techniques to support the recruitment life cycle.• Providing up to date MI to demonstrate project and pipeline progression.• Stakeholder management, internal and external to ensure an innovative streamlined experience for hiring managers and candidates from the initial scoping to onboarding.• Deliver direct sourcing activity using a variety of channels to target active and passive candidates.I have a strong track record of delivering talent pipelines and thrive on working within challenging projects within a complex and diverse organisation.
