   As an implementation executive for an amazing ERP software my work includes understanding the requirements of clients by meeting with department heads, learning their operations by visiting them and adapting their work flows to our ERP software, troubleshooting problems and working with the Development team to add or modify the software to fit client preferences, advising the client when required, collecting and structuring client data to create masters and training the users to easily migrate to our software and handing over the entire operations to support team once implementation is completed.At my job I am required to learn the ins and outs of a business, from Procurement and Production to Sales, Finance and Taxes, HR, Fixed Asset Management and Logistics.I often travel to client locations to sit with the management and take part in business decisions as a business consultant.Being part of a firm in its youth, I get to be involved in major decision making and provide ideas for the growth and efficiency of our firm. Being in the middle of Sales and Development I get the chance to learn a little bit of both, by observing and taking part in the development teams work and preparing ppts and other materials for sales, representing my company and its product whenever I have a chance.
