Tom leads Paradigm’s finance organization and directs M&A to expand the company’s reach and impact. He also oversees Payment Integrity solutions, Network Development, and Provider Operations, supporting alignment across Paradigm’s financial, network, and payment capabilities. Tom is a member of Paradigm’s Board of Directors. Paradigm is the industry leader in solving complex health care challenges and improving lives for injured workers. Our mission is to restore an injured worker’s health, their spirit, and their hope for a brighter future.As a senior executive with over 25 years of experience, I have an extensive background in financial policy and planning, as well as the development of strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and regulatory compliance. In my previous role as Chief Administration Officer, I oversaw the establishment of Paradigm’s corporate finance, legal and human resources departments, and led IT and analytics. Before joining Paradigm, I was CFO, Treasurer & Vice President of Coventry Health Care, as well as Vice President & Controller of First Health, which was acquired by Coventry.
