During my professional career I always wanted to do something I truly have a passion for. For me it is the combination of science and art. In my opinion this combination describes the whole area of recruiting / talent acquisition best. Recruiting - Science or Art?The basis (science part) to hire the best talent is fomed by aspects such as recruiting strategy-technology and -processes combined with matching employer branding activities. But the basis is nothing without the art of a recruiter to build networks and create a great and authentic candidate experience. So for me recruiting is the combination of both - Science and Art.In order to do my part in finding the best possible talent, I´m bringing in my strengths such as adaptability, a positive attitude, empathy, creativity, strong strategic thinking and last but not least the passion I have in working with and for people - always trying my best in supporting them to find or expand their passion.
