As part of North America Cloud Technology Engineering (NACTE), I drive scalable, customer-centric cloud adoption strategies, ensuring enterprises successfully transition workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with minimal risk and maximum operational efficiency. Program & Risk Management – Leveraging deep partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem and proven technical expertise, we conduct end-to-end migration readiness assessments and provide strategic recommendations to de-risk go-lives by proactively identifying known issues, operational gaps, failure points, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Critical Escalations & Incident Resolution – We provide 24x7 cutover support, taking full ownership of critical blockers and driving them to resolution by collaborating cross-functionally with Support, Operations, and Engineering. Customer Experience & Process Optimization – As the primary point of contact for customers, we navigate escalations and concerns, translating customer challenges into actionable process improvements for Oracle Support, product enhancements for the Product team, and new value-add opportunities for the Sales team in OCI. Executive Reporting & Data-Driven Insights – With deep insights from Service Requests (SRs), blockers, and customer concerns, we deliver executive-level reports (Weekly/Monthly Business Reports, Incident RCA reports, Feature Enhancement Requests) that enable data-driven decision-making for client CXOs and Oracle leadership. Recipient of Oracle BRAVO Award in November 2024 Passionate about building scalable cloud migration frameworks, reducing friction in cloud adoption, and driving data-backed decision-making at the executive level.
