In this role I lead RBFT business transformation programmes and provide effective co-ordination of the programmes and projects, their interdependencies and any risks or issues that arise, from pre-sales engagement through to benefits realisation. The Portfolio Director is a leadership role driving change across the organisation, interfacing with senior RBFT stakeholders at Director level to provide regular reporting on the portfolio of projects as well as the interrelationship with service delivery. As Portfolio Director I am responsible for all Ultima programme and project delivery within the Trust, assuming responsibility for pre-sales engagement and project inception, the creation of proposals and projects, the delivery of the programme/project, and measured against the subsequent benefits realised within the service.Key responsibilities- Strategic alignment and balancing of the project portfolio to achieve organizational objectives. This strategic alignment would extend into client stakeholder engagement and planning across the Trust to lead and influence business change- Resource management across the portfolio and pre-sales- Portfolio monitoring and performance review with cross matrix review with service- Business risk management ensuring alignment between portfolio and service RAID, with regular RAID review with RBFT senior stakeholders
