   Thomas Baldwin, a seasoned real estate professional with extensive business leadership experience, brings a wealth of knowledge. A 1989 graduate of New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire, with a Business degree in Sports Management, Thomas embarked on his professional career in commercial real estate with Touchstone Web Realty Company. Later, he was recruited as a broker for the esteemed Palm Beach Polo & Country Club, where he worked in the development and sales office from 1996 to 2012.In 2012, Thomas took the plunge and founded Equestrian Sotheby’s International Realty, serving as both broker and owner. He established the company as a prominent player in the luxury real estate market. In 2022, Thomas demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen by successfully selling the business to the public corporation “Anywhere Real Estate Inc” (HOUS).Thomas and his wife, Maria, reside full-time within Palm Beach Gardens. They are blessed with three children: Autumn, Colin, and Ella, along with their adorable dog, Emmy.
