As a current member of Nemacolin’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program I get to experience and learn each of five major departments in the hospitality field, including Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Reservations, Conference & Catering Services, and Housekeeping.In each of these departments I am learning from the very best on how they operate, and how to manage them to the very highest of luxury standards.At the end of the program I will have the opportunity to work in one of these departments as a Supervisor, and continue to gain firsthand experience as a hospitality leader.
