ABOUT THOMAS LYNCH

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Sociology. I was involved in to a great degree. I was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, member of the paranormal club, held several internships, and was on the track team. I still volunteer at local track meets today! I am currently a client service manager at Empower where I serve as a primary day-to-day contact for our clients (plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third-party administrators) in the large market. I specialize in plan administration assistance, payroll support, and retirement plan function. On the side, I am a landlord in the Manchester, NH area. I do manage my own properties. This involves: finding homes and determining rates of return, securing financing, selecting tenants, managing complaints, fixing issues, and handling improvements. I am excited to continue to expand this part of my life as time goes on to continue to improve the community, city, and state. I also help my clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate through my work as a Realtor at Choice Realty, LLC. In my spare time I enjoy boating on Lake Winnipesauke with family and friends, surfing the beautiful NH seacoast, skiing in the White Mountains, traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures, working out at the gym to keep healthy, and fixing up and improving my rental properties. I am most comfortable in the financial services industry where I work now or real estate which is my side hobby. However, the skills I have developed through the positions I have held and clubs and groups that I have been involved with lend well to many industries and opportunities.
