ABOUT THOMAS LINGEMANN
After a training in the banking sector and subsequent business studies at Bochum University I continued my career in banking. This included positions with WestLB, WestMerchant Bank, Sachsen LB, Dresdner Kleinwort and now Commerzbank AG. Over the years I specialized and were responsible for a number of different structured finance solutions for assets like rail cars, aircraft, inventory and receivables. In many cases these financings were cross-border in nature. Corresponding products included, inter alia, leasing, borrowing base finance, receivable purchase, commodity trade finance, ECA finance and everaged finance.
