Designer for Dior Women’s facades, Visual Merchandising team. Europe and Middle East zone.Main Responsibilities-Creative Concept Implementation and Coordination: Adapt and monitor creative facade concepts and special projects for Women, Men, Baby, and FJ categories across EMEA retail stores. Coordinating with local teams, suppliers and Creative Teams-Project Management and Design: Create images for window displays and indoor animations using Photoshop and 3D renderings. Manage project design, bidding, and follow-up for global props and podiums. Participate in installations and reveals of flagship stores, providing feedback to Creative team and top management-Budget Management: Analyze, negotiate, and approve quotes from suppliers, manage budget entries, and liaise with the finance team. Participate in budget forecasting and revision for upcoming years with the VM EMEA Design & Development Manager-Installations and Zone Visits: Plan and supervise window, indoor and facades decor installations, including night setups. Visit supplier workshops for production checks and conduct site surveys before store openings. Collect and archive photos for historical decor records and ensure maintenance and quality throughout the collection period.
