Oversee and work alongside 21 dealerships across South Wales and South West England to grow market share in local areas, whilst ensuring manufacturer and national (ZEV) compliance.Increased total registrations (Sales) of both Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicles from 85% of sales objective to 125% through a combination of consultative sales coaching, training of all systems/tools available to the network, and identifying bulk saleopportunities. Establish benchmarks to evaluate the performance of all levels of the management teams with full accountability in retailer performance; reviewed twice monthly on a dealer presentationonline and physical site visit. Ensure diligence with all manufacturer compliance measures, including stock management, demonstrator compliance, training, and lead management.
