I have practiced law in New Jersey since 1996 in the areas of general civil litigation and corporate matters. My practice primarily consists of representation of private sector entities that rely upon me to serve their diverse day-to-day needs including employment issues as well as their extraordinary demands, such as buying, selling, leasing, raising capital or other financing, and crisis management. Over the course of my career I have worked with insurance companies and public entities in the defense of personal injury and employment claims. I also regularly appear in the Chancery Court litigating shareholder disputes and restrictive covenant cases including non compete and solicitation claims. My experience in the real estate field includes construction litigation, condemnation, foreclosure, land use, tax appeals, development and redevelopment as well as residential closings including short sales. Specialties: I have assisted hundreds of homeowners in foreclosure seeking modification of their mortgage and/or other loss mitigation options in mediation for the past two years pursuant to the NJ Judiciary Foreclosure Mediation Program. I have worked directly with the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency in this venture as designated defense counsel in seven counties:Morris, Somerset, Sussex, Bergen, Hunterdon, Warren and Passaic.
