This includes coaching a cross-cultural global team of Learning and Development experts that includes trainers, editors, and conference committee members while mentoring Forum Members in multiple countries. I manage our training and project budgets, strategies, institutional partnerships, and international business and academic operations. Some of my achievements include: • Personally founded and drive the growth of a global educational not-for-profit organization.• Navigated priorities and challenges to orchestrate 15 international conferences at leading universities in the US - on campuses such as Harvard and UC Berkeley - as well as overseas.• Created training programs for educators and subsequently recruited 2.5K+ attendees from 80+ countries.
