I manage the Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF)’s Global Mining Tax Initiative. I develop policy and administrative guidance, provide technical assistance and training, lead convening on tax and extractives, and manage partnerships with the OECD, the African Tax Administration Forum, the Asian Development Bank and the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations.
