ABOUT THOMAS LASCHETTI
I serve as Chief Operating and Compliance Officer for London based Per4m Asset Management, an Investment Manager with Luxembourg UCITS V funds, and segregated managed accounts. Over twenty years in the financial markets spanning trading, fund governance, compliance and operations. Advise Institutional, family office and HNWI clientele on fund formation,jurisdiction selection, fund operations, as well as hiring personnel and running day to day operatioins. I gained international markets exposure having started my career in Milan as an equity sales trader for market leading firms Euromobiliare, Tradition Italia, and Metzler. I advanced to head of sales trading also in the UK with Tradition Financial services and Tullett Prebon. In the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis I transferred and leveraged my hedge fund and sovereign funds knowledge into fund governance, corporate governance, and data governance.
