I’ve recently embarked on Dalcour Maclaren\'s Graduate Programme, where my first-year role as an Agricultural Liaison Officer has me working on the HS2 project, in close collaboration with EKFB, the principal contractors for our area.I’m the primary point of contact between the HS2 project and multiple landowners where I keep communication lines open and build strong, positive relationships.The Graduate Programme is setting me up for long-term success as I aim to complete my APC and become a Chartered Surveyor. I\'m focused on developing my skills, expanding my industry knowledge and learning from the brilliant team at Dalcour Maclaren. Grateful for the opportunity and excited for the journey ahead!
