ABOUT THOMAS LABRECQUE
Thomas is a dedicated and productive civil engineering technologist with over ten years of experience working on small to large scale energy, transporation, construction, and land development projects across Canada within both the private and public sectors. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in construction and project management, construction inspection, contract management, and municipal development approvals.
