I was offered the opportunity to transfer my skills from the Film & TV industry to IT Recruitment. I already possessed a good understanding of software technologies from my time in Post Production and my personal experience with computing but I have relished learning about all the new tech stacks and requirements necessary for this role. The ability to identify and connect with potential candidates and guide them through the application process towards a successful placement is extremely satisfying. I plan to continue specialising in IT recruitment and intend to expand into consultancy
