About Thomas Kodron

Your company has weeds that have grown up right along with your business. Left unchecked, they can choke gains as quickly as they’re achieved. I’ve made it my life’s work to find and pull these weeds: identifying the core problems and creating solutions that eliminate waste and build the foundation for success for years to come.I am Thomas J. Kodron. I have extensive international experience of construction and broad-based project execution. I am highly expert in planning, resource allocation, staff management, setting benchmarks, and budget management. Proven success erecting vessels (storage tanks, spheres, and towers), managing EPC, ordering materials, planning schedules, negotiating contracts/change orders, determining costs, supervising staff, and plant maintenance. I am outstanding in negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Engaging and collaborative, I am a trusted partner to C-level leadership, relied upon to identify and capitalize on opportunities for major savings and process improvements.
