Currently supporting the Global Sourcing and Delivery Excellence Team as a Program Director on the Global Time Entry and Utilization Initiative. Primary responsibilities included Global Program Management for the Americas and APAC Regions to build adoption and utilization performance with all brands and markets of Dentsu International. • Lead a global representation of Dentsu brands in multiple regions on Time Entry and Utilization initiatives • Manage the discovery of anomalies within the time entry data created through dozens of global financial and time entry source systems of record • Discovery, review and manage process and data inefficiencies across global markets • Creation and management of standardized processes across the business, understanding current pain points, and building a plan to address and map out an ideal process supported by a workflow and processes • Support senior management and global reporting leads in partnership with analytics team to ensure delivery of an accurate global reporting dashboard • Provide reporting to executive management and global regional leads on strategies and progresses and results • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously optimize brand accuracy, ensuring stakeholder data integrity and compliance is at expected levels • KPI reviews and implementation to ensure business operations is meeting expectations • Quarterly Business Review documentation and support • Support enhancements and update to global business policy documents • Lead internal technical support teams on data analysis and development responsibilities • Lead operational efficiency and automation initiatives that can be developed and deployed across markets • Integration management of new brands to Dentsu time entry platforms
