I’m an IT leader who brings a deep understanding of complex problems and a diverse background in field support to sustain and drive the business performance of Frito-Lay\'s Go-To-Market and Commercial IT applications. With a background in business information systems from Texas Christian University and an MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic business perspective when working with both business and IT partners. In my role as an IT Manager, I lead teams responsible for delivering sustainability and support for key Frito-Lay DSD selling systems. My experience includes managing infrastructure, supporting system performance, guiding technology implementations and releases, and aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals. My long-term goal is to continue growing into IT leadership roles where I can influence enterprise technology strategy, lead high-performing teams, and help organizations use technology as a competitive advantage. I am a big supporter of my Alma Mater, TCU, TCU Athletics, and the Neeley School of Business. Teams include the Sales WFM Support team, which provides resolutions for Frito-Lay North America’s workforce management tool, and all incidents reported by field users. As well as the Ops Console team that leads support and sustainability of our in-house tool that provides key insights of Frito-Lay\'s field employees and sales data.
